Movemint has always been my sanctuary. From a young age, hot yoga was my escape—more than just a workout, it was where I felt balanced, energized, and at peace. Then I discovered Pilates, and it changed everything. It was strength, grace, and mindfulness all in one—challenging yet enjoyable, like self-care in motion.
 

I created Movemint to bring that same transformative energy to others. This isn’t just a Pilates and hot yoga studio. It’s a space to reset, grow, and reconnect. Whether you’re here to move, sweat, or simply breathe, this is your place to transform—mind, body, and soul.

I have always been passionate about sports, movement, and creative expression, believing that fitness goes beyond the physical—it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a strong mindset. As Co-Founder of Movemint, I bring my background in sports, organization, and creativity to help shape an empowering and transformative environment.

My experience in athletic coordination has taught me the importance of structured training, teamwork, and pushing past limits. At Movemint, I’m excited to integrate that mindset—through dynamic classes, event organization, and an energizing studio atmosphere.

I love blending creativity with fitness, whether it’s designing unique programs or helping clients find their rhythm in movement. I’m proud to be part of Movemint’s journey and look forward to building a space where everyone feels inspired to move, grow, and evolve.
